I signed up to do a bit of last-minute fic'ing for holmestice on a lark. Maybe not the wisest idea, with everything that's been going on, but I had fun! The person I wrote it for wanted something from the new BBC verse, so I'm not sure how well I did with characterisation and stuff. So I sort of cheated a bit, and turned it into an ACD fusion.

So, the BBC aired SHERLOCK tonight, and... well, wow, really. I wasn't exactly sure what I was expecting, but it wasn't that. Holmes and Watson Sherlock and John (I don't think I'll ever get used to that) running across rooftops and using GPS to track criminals. Wow. I'll do a proper write-up later. Day off today, so my plans include a whole lot of nothing. I might have a quiet evening in with Jude Law's moustache and a curry, unless someone can think of something better to do.
